No pay-to-rank
Sponsorship does not buy a better editorial verdict or a higher slot in an evidence-backed comparison table. If a listing is sponsored, that relationship should be disclosed clearly. Editorial ordering is separate from sponsorship.
What can influence inclusion
- Stored catalog fields that match the page’s stated inclusion rules.
- Availability of first-party source links such as the project website, docs, repository, or pricing page.
- Whether a listing is active and has enough public detail to support a truthful comparison.
What we avoid
- No fabricated "hands-on" claims when a page is based only on stored data.
- No current price claims unless the stored listing includes a direct starting price.
- No personal author bylines for this trust layer. These pages publish under the DeepYard editorial entity.
- No fake freshness shorthand. Editorial and research pages must describe listing update ranges or latest listing update dates truthfully.
